A. Love the New York steak.

A. On the grill. The only way to cook it.
Q. Rare, medium rare, medium, well or well done… and why?
A. My family like well done, but I prefer my steak medium rare.
Q. Any favorite seasoning secrets or cooking tips to share?
A. Just pepper and salt. That’s all you need.
Q. Where and what will we find you doing on your day off?
A. At home hanging out with my kids.
Q. If you could enjoy dinner with anyone living or dead, who would it be and where?
A. Definitely with my daughters and son having dinner at home.
