Our A5 Wagyu beef is the real thing: exceedingly hard-to-find Wagyu beef from Japan. More specifically, it is from the Black Kuroge breed of cattle, often deemed superior to Tajima cattle used for the famous Kobe beef. And when it’s rated A5 that means it’s the highest grading possible in the strict Japanese scoring system. Among chefs, Japanese Wagyu graded this high is the holy grail of beef. Now you can have the luxurious and memorable experience of this beef at home. We carry a rib-eye and NY strip cut. Certificate on request.
